Let’s talk GLOW UPS. I run point on a lot of them, but this one still gives me goosebumps! This is NOT AI. NOT virtual staging. A real listing I sold in 2025 that was physically staged and professionally photographed.

Same house. Same location. A totally different story.

When a home is staged and photographed professionally, buyers can envision themselves living there, and it makes all the difference for my seller’s net sheet.

This Keizer listing sold last year with multiple offers. Real estate should never be about just putting a sign in the yard (and if that’s all your agent is doing, it’s time to get a new one!) It’s about preparation, presentation, marketing and care.
