Been a busy end of Jan/beginning of Feb! Sold a piece of land I had listed in Dunellon, put my condo listing under contract after only 4 days on the market, a nice little bungalow under contract for a couple first-time homebuyers, and a super cute 2 bed/1 bath listing coming very soon!!

This is a great sign! This article also mentioned that a new insurance company will begin writing policies in FL in June, which hopefully will bring even more relief/good news for our insurance mess here!

Clint Strauch, president of Florida Peninsula Insurance, says the 2% average rate decrease shows the property insurance market is stabilizing.

Had a blast at the Watermark Wave awards Party on Friday! Still can’t believe I finally got 1st Place!! I got 2nd place in 2019, 2020, and 2021, then went into management full time, but transitioning back into sales full time and then winning 1st place Favorite Local Realtor within 4 months is just the universe validating that I made the right move!!
