🚨 Florida Supreme Court Establishes New Standard for AI Use in Court Filings 🚨

The Florida Supreme Court has amended Rule 2.515 to address a growing concern in the legal profession, namely AI-generated “hallucinations.”

Attorneys and self-represented litigants must now affirm that all cited legal authorities in court filings exist and are accurately cited, or risk sanctions.

Happy ! 🦅On June 14, 1777, the Second Continental Congress adopted the first U.S. national flag. Changed many times over the years to reflect the addition of new states, our current flag has been in place since 1960 to incorporate the addition of Hawaii as the 50th state.
