🚨 Florida Supreme Court Establishes New Standard for AI Use in Court Filings 🚨
The Florida Supreme Court has amended Rule 2.515 to address a growing concern in the legal profession, namely AI-generated “hallucinations.”
Attorneys and self-represented litigants must now affirm that all cited legal authorities in court filings exist and are accurately cited, or risk sanctions.
