Hi Friends! 👋🏽
We had another severely injured client who needed our help, and he is such a great man. This deserving client was sideswiped resulting in neck surgery. Instead of doing the right thing, admitting fault and paying for our client’s losses, the defendant did nothing except delay and deny my client’s justice. 😡

To make matters worse they even attempted to blame our client for his injuries because our client is a larger person. Really….? Pathetic.

So, we did what we always do. We geared up for battle, I mean trial. 💪🏽 The Defendant approached us right before trial and finally made an acceptable offer that made our client very happy with yet another great 7 figures plus result. 💰😃

A big thank you to our trial team, Robin, Chris, Becca, Betsy and Kelly. Teamwork makes dream work for our clients!

I will be at NTLspeaking this weekend, in Miami on brain injury and cheering on our NTL Incoming President elect, Doug Beam. We hope to see you there! 👍🏽

Hey FB Friends! I hope you guys had a fabulous weekend. Dean and I sure did! ☺️

As many of you know, I have been deep in trial mode. I was supposed to start a 3-week trial today in Northern Virginia, which is a pure contributory negligence state. This means if my client was even just 1% at fault, he gets nothing. Big risk on a tough case. Just the way I like it! 😎

It was also great because I was lucky enough to stay at my parents’ house in Fairfax, where I lived from the time I was 1 year old, until I started my law career in Washington, DC.

My opponent (one of the largest power companies in VA) made the very wise decision to offer over 7 figures late last Friday. Our well-deserving client is ecstatic with a wonderful result. 👏👏

Thanks to my trial team Steve, Brett, Hamilton, Andrew, Ashley, and my fabulous trial paralegal Chris, along with the medical professional experts, and even to McCabe Printing in Fairfax, VA.

It takes a ton of work and risk to get clients justice. That's what we do!

For those of you in the legal industry, we will be at NTL later this month, and then I'm off to my next trial, which is also in Miami in early February.
