Some homes just feel easy to live in… and this is one of them. 🏡☀️

This one is in Lakewood Estates and it has a lot of what buyers are usually hoping for:
4 bedrooms, a single-story layout, almost 1,800 SF, great natural light, an updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and it’s not in a flood zone.

What I like most though is the flow. It’s one of those houses that just makes sense when you walk through it, bright, open, and very livable without feeling too flashy.
