PRESS RELEASE: Ramsey County Bar Association Welcomes Racey Rodne and New Leaders for 2026-2027 Bar Year

Racey Rodne began his year-long term as president of the Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA) on July 1, 2026.

“I have been involved with the RCBA since before I was able to practice law,” Rodne said. “The RCBA was and always has been a welcoming community. I have been fortunate enough to participate and have leadership roles within the RCBA’s committees and have routinely found community. I look forward to continuing this tradition of a vibrant and welcoming community.”

A partner at McEllistrem Fargione Rorvig & Moe, PA, Rodne primarily practices personal injury law. He has been involved in the RCBA as a board member, a former New Lawyers Section co-chair, and a member of the Diversity Committee.

Rodne graduated from Hamline University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is also admitted to the Iowa State Bar. He is an enrolled citizen of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. He is also a board member of the Minnesota Land Trust and a member of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association.

Serving alongside him for the 2026-2027 bar year are Judge Joe Meyer (President-Elect), Sheina Long (Vice President), and Sheena Denny (Secretary/Treasurer). Maya Missaghi will serve as immediate past president.

Congrats to former RCBA President Kenya Bodden, who will serve as president of the Minnesota State Bar Association for the 2026-27 bar year. Thanks for all you do for the legal community.

MSBA President Tom Pack passed the ceremonial leadership gavel to incoming president Kenya Bodden at last night's MSBA Convention reception. Bodden begins his term as MSBA President on July 1.
