🏡 Congratulations to Kevin and Kate on closing on their new home in Highland Park!
This one came with a competitive situation that required a little creativity and some outside-the-box thinking, but in the end we were able to put together a winning strategy and get it done.
Highland Park is one of Saint Paul’s most desirable neighborhoods for a reason, and I’m excited for you both to enjoy everything the area has to offer for years to come.
