👨👩👧 If you share Joint Legal Custody (the default standard for many Minnesota parents), both parents must agree on major educational decisions.
🏫 Having primary physical custody does not give one parent the authority to:
• Enroll a child in a new school district
• Switch to a private school
• Change school enrollment without the other parent's consent
