We’re proud to celebrate this year’s Emerging & Diverse Developer Program awardees. For the past three years, NEOO has partnered with Ramsey County to support emerging and underrepresented developers as they navigate financing, feasibility, and implementation. Together, we are strengthening the affordable housing pipeline and creating pathways to long-term community wealth across the metro. 🔑🙌🏾

This year marks 7 years of NEOO Partners.

What began as a consultancy focused on serving small businesses in community has grown into a national economic development and urban planning practice. While there’s no big party this year, we’re taking a moment to express gratitude—for the friends, partners, and communities who welcomed us in and trusted us to do the work alongside them.

Over the past seven years, we’ve partnered with cities, nonprofits, and emerging developers to build wealth, deliver more impactful projects, and connect the dots others leave behind—from the Midwest to the South, and everywhere in between.

Excited to announce that the 2025 Emerging and Diverse Developers (EDD) Program is kicking off!

Two upcoming in-person sessions will provide details about the program and how to apply to the upcoming educational cohort. Eligible EDD participants are individuals who have owned or developed less than 25 units of housing or 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
