The Ohio Supreme Court heard arguments this week in one of two lawsuits over the state's efforts to crack down on flavored vapes and e-cigarettes. To***co retailers argue the state's enforcement is unconstitutional.

As our Deputy Director of Commercial To***co Control Programs, Marisa Katz says, "States are best positioned to respond to local problems more quickly than federal agencies."

The rulings could shape how states protect communities when unauthorized to***co products remain on the market.
