⁃ The average time a home has spent on the market has increased by 30%
⁃ The median sold price has increased by 4.2% (almost a $10,000 increase!)
⁃ For homes with at least 3 bedrooms, the median sold price has risen by 7%, a $15,00 increase since last year!!
