💰 Biggest & Smallest Injury Settlements of August 2026

-This month, our largest settlement was $380,000 for a 32-year-old woman who was struck by a car while walking through a parking lot near St. George Boulevard. She suffered a broken ankle requiring surgery and several broken ribs.

The at-fault driver only had $30,000 in insurance coverage, but thankfully, our client had additional UIM coverage that helped bring her total recovery to $380,000. 🙌

-Our smallest case was a $9,800 total recovery for a Cedar City teacher injured when another driver pulled out in front of her on Main Street.

🚗 These cases are a great reminder that the insurance coverage you carry before an accident happens can make a huge difference!

🚧 Big changes are coming to Bluff Street! 🚗

One of St. George’s busiest roads is getting a major upgrade—from St. George Boulevard to Main Street.

The end result should mean a better-looking and safer Bluff Street, but construction will continue into spring 2027.

Construction can mean more confusion and more crashes—let’s keep St. George roads safe! 👷‍♂️🚦

How does one injury case settle for $300,000 while another settles for $15,000?

Last month, our largest settlement involved a serious rear-end crash caused by a distracted driver. Our smallest was a dog bite case that left a young man with scarring and emotional trauma.

What can two very different crashes teach us about injury claims? 🚗💰

In the month of May, our largest settlement was $425,000 for a 60-year-old man who suffered a serious ankle injury after a commercial truck ran a red light and crashed into his vehicle at the busy Riverside Drive & River Road intersection. 🛣️

Our smallest settlement was $5,000 for a woman who was rear-ended on Brigham Road. While her injuries were relatively minor, we were also able to help her recover additional value for her car after the insurance company initially undervalued it. 🚨💥
