A Message from the Wright County Assessor’s Department:
The Assessor’s Office has been notified by its vendor that notifications of value will be going out in the mail in today (Tuesday, March 18). Those who receive electronic notifications should see them in their emails sometime today or tomorrow. The hyperlink to the Assessor’s webpage is up to date for property owners to view, along with a map of the 1,619 residentially classified sales that were used in the sales study that took place from Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024, for the 2025 property assessment.
