Purchasing a home will always be better than renting. Why pay your landlord’s mortgage if you can start building equity into your own home. Don’t continue to wait…. What if prices continue to increase. Buy now, Build equity sooner and keep up against inflation by locking in a Fixed Mortgage payment ..because as we know rent payments will continue to increase. Don’t get trapped into renting!!
