Established in 1858, the Kane County Bar Association (KCBA) is a professional legal organization. Our membership includes over 1200 attorneys, judges, paralegals and students. The Kane County Bar Association provides educational, social and professional opportunities for attorneys in the 16th Judicial Circuit. From free educational seminars to social events, there are many benefits of membership.

In addition, the KCBA also provides back to the Kane County Community a variety services, such as KCBA cares, "Ask a Lawyer" day, and other pro-bono services.

Join fellow KCBA members on Thursday, September 24, from 5-9 p.m. at Elburn Lions Club for the 68th Annual Steer Roast! Featuring a delightful show from The Shoop Dogs with Judge William Engerman.

Registration is $65 per person. Registration is made via your KCBA Membership Portal.

Drivers' Privilege Clinic will be held on Wednesday, September 2nd from 3pm-5pm at the Kane County Law Library.

The Drivers' Privilege Clinic is hosted on the first Wednesday of every month at the Kane County Law Library to assist members of the public in having driving privileges reinstated.

You MUST have a copy of your Driving Record Abstract to receive help. Visit the Illinois Secretary of State​ to get a copy or go in person to a DMV. This is a walk-in service, no reservations are required.
