July was one I’ll never forget.

💰 $3,016,400 in sales volume
💵 Over $210,000 saved for my clients
Behind those numbers were countless phone calls, negotiations, problem-solving, and a whole lot of faith.
This month meant…
✔️ Fighting through two Tidewater appraisals (and winning one that came in $5,000 over the purchase price!)
✔️ An HOA roof approval that delayed a closing over three weeks.
✔️ Another closing delayed a week and a half because of a tree.
✔️ Navigating lenders, HOAs, inspections, title companies, and everything in between.
From Palm Coast to Orange Park, Lake Butler, Jacksonville, Fernandina Beach, and Crescent Beach… it’s been a month of miles traveled and dreams accomplished.
The biggest lesson?
People aren’t hiring me because every transaction is easy. They’re hiring me because when things get hard, they know I’ll keep fighting until we get to the closing table.
I’m also incredibly thankful for the amazing agents I worked alongside this month. Great agents make a difference, and I was blessed with some of the best.
This was my highest sales volume and the most families I’ve ever helped in a single month. I don’t say that to brag I say it because I’m grateful.
