The manufacturer's warranty that comes with a new vehicle is a WRITTEN DOCUMENT that has terms and conditions that must be followed (or the warranty may be worthless).....many people don't even realize that....the LAW says that sellers have to give you an opportunity to READ that warranty before you buy a vehicle, so that you can think about the terms of that written warranty and compare it to other written warranties....how many new vehicle buyers actually READ the written warranty that comes with the new vehicle before they buy it? How many consumers COMPARE different written warranties to see which one is actually best?....I'm working on a solution. 🍋🍋🇺🇸

The "reasonable offset for use" is automatically deducted from a Lemon Law refund.....there is nothing REASONABLE about that money being deducted from refunds.....people with a Lemon vehicle basically have to pay a HIGH DOLLAR PREMIUM for the miles they managed to put on their vehicle while they were going through the Lemon Law process....I wrote a long letter to the Florida Attorney General about it being UNFAIR....I laid it all out very clearly....I even did the MATH for them (numbers don't lie)....they sent me an unsigned email saying thanks for contacting us, but you should contact your legislator. 😡🍋🇺🇸

Manufacturers wanting "confidentiality agreements"....in other words, they want my clients to sign something saying they won't tell anyone that their vehicle was a "Lemon." I refuse....because they are illegal under Florida Law. 🍋🍋
