WHOOAHHH!!! What a journey. I am PROUD of this one. 🙌🏡💪

My listing at 2124 Wood Stork Avenue just SOLD for FULL asking price — $479,900 CASH. 🔥

Sounds easy, right? Hold your horses… 😅

The moment we got Wood Stork under contract, the clock started ticking because my sellers also needed to BUY a home FAST — and Wood Stork had to close first before they could finance the next one.

So we got to work immediately and looked at about 12 homes in 1 day before finally finding the right one. ✅

Once upon a time,

There was a property at 2501 Deer Run Rd that buyers didn’t quite appreciate.

1.31 acres in the heart of St. Augustine…
A fixer-upper… and to many, that’s all it was.

We had plenty of activity and yes, a lot of offers. But not serious enough.

Prospects walked away… unsure, unconvinced, thinking there was something better out there… or that this one would always be around if they changed their mind.

Until one buyer saw it for what it truly was.

They stepped up, understood the value, and we went under contract.
