Have you ever stumbled across a hole in the wall coffee shop or restaurant and wished you had found it years ago?!

Yep, we get it! Pete Kuc and I were out for a staycation coffee date at the Starbucks at the Casa Monica downtown St. Augustine but had to find parking elsewhere which put us on an inevitable path of stumbling right into this super cute hole in the wall Sweet Water Coffe & Bar Gallery✨ Oh and not to mention, there’s art all over the shop and an awesome art gallery in the back leading out to a beautiful back patio sitting area!😀
The fun signature lattes and lemonades definitely put this place into the category of must experience whether you’re a local, new to town, or just visiting.
With that said, Michael Dooley, recently moved up from Boca Raton to expand his meal prep and personal chef company. He’s asked Pete and I to show him around all the different areas of St. Augustine while he’s renting his current place and is unsure of where he wants to plant his permanent real estate roots.

Two things are for sure, actually three:
we know real estate, we know what our city has to offer, and we know good coffee. And if I may add one more, we know ART 😉
