Supporting, Connecting, and advocating for the residential skilled trades professionals and the communities they build in the Saginaw, Midland, Bay, and Gladwin counties You may be aware of the Home Builders Association of Saginaw as the host to large community events; such as the Home & Garden Show, the Parade of Homes ~ both Spring & Fall as w

ell as investing back into the community with their educational scholarships & local charities. If you are a homeowner, considering building or purchasing a home you want to use the Home Builders Association of Saginaw as your guide & resource to the homeownership industry! Through continuing education opportunities and legislative support, we help our members provide home owners and potential home owners with high-quality new homes and remodeled homes that are safer, more energy efficient and technologically advanced. Our membership includes builders, remodelers, property owners, developers, landscapers, insurance agencies, lawyers, mortgage lenders, tax advisors, floor covering & paint suppliers, and other building related suppliers to the residential construction industry. We are affiliated with the Home Builders Association (HBAM) of Michigan and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). When you are planning anything relative to home improvement, ownership or building please look to our members first! By doing so you are supporting those businesses who think enough of their industries to invest in their professional association. Bob Filka and Chris Page are encouraging all members to attend the Governor’s Candidate Forum on Friday, June 5 at the MSU Henry Center.

Major candidates for Governor will be there to discuss housing, building, workforce development, and the future of our industry here in Michigan. This is our opportunity to make sure the voice of the residential building industry is heard loud and clear.
