Proud and grateful to be part of this year’s Leadership Academy cohort! Today was the official kickoff, and I had one of those moments where you realize… this is exactly the kind of room I want to be in.

Not because I have it all figured out, but because I don’t. I’m still early in this, still learning, still building, and very aware that how I grow now is going to shape everything that comes next.

I felt this same shift during my time in Sacramento (2023 - best class ever! IYKYK), and it changed the way I think about showing up in my work and in my community. So when this came up, it felt less like a maybe and more like a “yeah, I should be in this.” (Special shouout to for the push to apply!)

Real estate can be an independent career, but being surrounded by people who actually care about doing it well, being involved, and thinking bigger than just the next deal… that matters. I’m lucky to be surrounded by great mentors, and welcomed into rooms that push me to grow.

And for me, that growth always comes back to my clients. The more I learn and sharpen how I show up, the better I can guide them through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.

2026 is already bringing a different kind of energy, and I’m stepping into it. 🙌✨
