$211 Million — BMW of North America, LLC. Kershaw Talley Barlow obtained a $211 million class action settlement on behalf of approximately 200,000 class members who alleged that BMW failed to replace defective high-pressure fuel pump components and altered the vehicle's software after discovering the design flaws. This case exemplifies what we do: holding major corporations accountable when they place their financial interests above the safety and rights of consumers. When a company discovers a problem and conceals it instead of correcting it, our firm is prepared to act. Visit https://www.ktblegal.com/s/E4U4h7i

Bill Kershaw recently attended the American Association for Justice 2026 Annual Convention in Chicago, joining trial lawyers from across the country for educational programs, advocacy updates, and conversations about emerging litigation strategies.

The conference provided an excellent overview of what’s next for Roundup and pesticide litigation following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Monsanto v. Durnell, as well as how to effectively use AI in focus groups, juror selection, and the trial of bellwether and complex individual cases.

In addition to valuable insights and practical strategies to apply in the cases ahead, Bill returned with a few great views of Chicago!
