Our practice area primarily involves health care and labor & employment law. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. This position requires knowledge of federal and state court procedures and court filing requirements, including e-filing. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and feel comfortable in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. A proficient understanding of the litigation timeline and an ability to schedule accordingly is essential. This position requires proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
