DRE #01720913 My name is Chris Saizan. I have lived in the Sacramento area my entire life. At the age of 19 I started on my real estate career path by working in the mortgage business and at the age of 22 earning my real estate license. I have had many influences in my career but my mother has been my single largest inspiration. Everything I have learnt about real estate has come from her. She has been a top producing realtor for over 20 years working in Elk Grove, California. Not only is she a distinguished real estate broker with many accomplishments but one of her most prized is her previous presidency of the Sacramento Association of Realtors. In 2005 I left the mortgage business to work as my Mother’s buyers agent and then in 2008 I felt it was time for me to do it myself and go out on my own. I wanted to establish a name of my own in the Sacramento community as the “Local Realtor of Choice”. I made the Masters Club in 2008 and have won the award every year since! I am a new life member for being in the top 5% of production for Sacramento County for 5 consecutive years. My goal from 2010-2013 was to save 100 homeowners from foreclosure and I almost reached that goal by completing 78 successful short sales.I’m currently in the top 2% in production for the entire Tri County area. Purchasing or selling a home can be very frustrating and confusing. Chris shares about an upcoming closing for one of his dearest past clients, Frances. This will be her 3rd transaction as she is getting ready to close on a beautiful 2 story home that’s on the same street as her daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids. Chris was able to negotiate close to a $12,000 seller credit on this deal too which almost eliminates the buyer having to come out of pocket for any closing costs.

After Frances moves in to this new home, Chris will plan on listing and selling her existing home in the gated 55 and older community in West Natomas.

It’s been such a fun process getting this beautiful East Sac home ready for the market. The main house is technically a 3/4 bedroom with one of the two bedrooms downstairs being an office/den. Big lot, located on a tree lined street. Looking forward to the grand reveal this coming Thursday, September 10th when we bring it to the market.

June and July closings. While inventory is still very low, and deals are harder and harder to come by, we are still seeing happy sellers and buyers in the market place when there is a true need to sell or buy. I helped TWO first time buyers, Josh and Araceli purchased a beautiful home in Natomas for $670,000 and Panou and Palee purchased their first home together (sisters) for $530,000. I was able to list and sell a wonderful single story in Roseville for an awesome couple I met with about 4 years ago that reached out and we were able to get over 5 offers and sell their home to an all cash buyer for $31,000 above list price. Hopefully this is a sign to come and maybe we can get lucky and see a drop in interest rates as well.
