In honor of President's Day here's some Presidental facts -

U.S. President Fun Facts:
Abraham Lincoln was the tallest president at 6 feet 4 inches tall, while James Madison was the shortest at just 5 feet 4 inches.

Before becoming president, several had surprisingly everyday jobs: Jimmy Carter was a peanut farmer, Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood movie star, Andrew Johnson was a tailor, and Harry Truman ran a haberdashery (hat and men’s accessories shop)

John Tyler holds the record for the most children by any president with 15 kids total (8 from his first marriage and 7 from his second, even fathering some into his 70s.).

George Washington was unanimously elected as the first president—the only one in history to receive 100% of the electoral votes.

Gerald Ford is the only president who previously worked as a park ranger (at Yellowstone National Park in his youth).

Three presidents died on July 4th: John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both passed away on the same day in 1826 (exactly 50 years after the Declaration of Independence), and James Monroe followed in 1831.
Theodore Roosevelt was the first president to ride in an automobile while in office, and his distant cousin Franklin D. Roosevelt was the first sitting president to fly in an airplane.

Grover Cleveland is the only president to serve two non-consecutive terms (as the 22nd and 24th president), and he named his daughter Baby Ruth inspiring the famous candy bar.

Hi all, Happy 4th of July. One of the most important parts of home is my four-legged animals. Since I foster dogs, there id tag is for the rescue. If I want to get my critters back fast. I put just a simple piece of painter's tape as with my phone # written big as I can. So, whoever finds my critter they can read the # at a distance. Please keep your critters safe. Remember they have superior hearing. I also give them brand new bones to chew on. That keeps them busy. If you need a few bones reach out to me. I will gladly bring you some. Stay safe.
