We are a highly specialized California Estate Planning law firm. Our main office is located in Sacramento, steps away from California State University – Sacramento. We also have satellite offices located all over California. Our practice emphasizes living trust creation, administration, and litigation; probates; and conservatorships.

We provide counsel to individuals and couples based on years of experience drafting, administering, and litigating trusts and wills. With over 8,000 estate plans in force, the Law Offices of Daniel Hunt specializes in helping clients:

OUR STORY:

When I was 15 years old, I got my Driver’s Permit. With great excitement, I began the process of learning to drive a car. That excitement soon faded when, due to my inexperience, I got into a car accident and was sued by the other driver.

I come from a large family of 8. We didn’t have much money. The idea of being sued was terrifying! I didn’t know what to do. I felt helpless and afraid.

To my great relief, our car insurance company’s attorneys quickly resolved the lawsuit. Thanks to their legal efforts, my crisis disappeared - and so did my fear.

Because of this experience, I decided to become an attorney. I wanted to help people solve their problems and find peace of mind.

Today, at our law firm, that is exactly what we provide for our clients. Whether you’re facing an intimidating legal obstacle or just want to ensure that your loved ones will be provided for when you’re gone, our firm will find a solution so you can feel at peace again. And we will work tirelessly to make the process as easy and comfortable for you as possible.
