Duties:
Organizing (home or office)
Planning (parties, travel, dinners, activities, etc.)
Office work (calendaring, emailing/correspondence, filing, assist with day to day running of business)
Run errands
Paralegal work
Management of real estate properties

Requirements:
Highly motivated

Organized
Easily adaptable
A degree is encouraged
Located in the Sacramento area (and can easily travel to four store locations)

Organizing and staffing all four locations in Sacramento
Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of employees
Welcoming and helpful problem solving for customer needs
Reliable and have a high attention to detail

Experience Needed:
Multiple accounting systems, including Quick-books, and Timberline.
Payroll Management
Information research Some Years of experience as Controller/CFO, Construction, Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing
