J.K Groves began because there was nothing to lose. In 2009, after an accomplished career as a loan officer, and a few hard lessons learned–Kyle Groves decided to take on a new challenge in a shifting industry…he became a Realtor. Kyle was confident he could take his natural relational and analytical skills and become one of the best Realtors serving Sacramento. He worked tirelessly to learn the Realtor side of the business and sold 6 houses in his first year. That same year he also decided to get his Broker’s License. A move that, along with his diverse real estate experience, growth as a realtor, and core values, lead him to create J.K. Groves Real Estate Group is built on a foundation of strong core values.
