We’re pleased to welcome Stephanie Timofeyeva to our Corporate group as the firm’s newest Associate!

Stephanie focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and previously served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Kimberly J. Mueller.

We celebrated our incredible team during Staff Appreciation Week in honor of Professional Administrative Day. The week kicked off with breakfast burritos, followed by a lunch celebration featuring Ono Hawaiian BBQ, and wrapped up with a staff night out at Birdies West Sac for some simulated golf.

Boutin Jones Inc. was glad to take part in the Sacramento SPCA’s 33rd Annual Doggy Dash at William Land Park. We’re especially proud that our Labor and Employment Associate, Kendall Fisher-Wu, recently joined the Board of Directors of the Sacramento SPCA.

Thanks to the generosity of fundraisers, sponsors, donors, and attendees, this year’s event raised more than $206,000 to help provide life-saving care for animals in need.

Our own Lee Seale joined the former Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye, and Presiding Judge Larry Brown as they cut the ribbon for the new downtown courthouse named in her honor.

The ceremony also brought together Administrative Presiding Justice Brad Hill of the Fifth District Court of Appeal, Administrative Presiding Justice Laurie Earl of the Third District Court of Appeal, and past Presiding Judges of the Sacramento Superior Court, including Judge Awoniyi, Judge Bowman, Judge Hom, Judge De Alba, Judge Hight, Judge Culhane, and Judge White.
