We are looking for several motivated, positive, self starting individuals for Senior and Junior Acquisition Manager positions!
We are one of the top real estate investment companies located in Sacramento, CA. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be trained to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains the company.
The ideal candidate will be driven, competitive and focused on building relationships and have sales experience.
Job Overview
*Evaluate and respond to new leads
* Schedule and conduct appointments to view/evaluate properties and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
*Call and follow up with motivated sellers
*Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with leads in our CRM system
*Analyze and look at comparable properties
*Determine cash offers
*Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Compensation
Base of $2,000 per month
$3,000 to $5,000 per closed transaction
Current Acquisition Managers are closing 3-5 transactions a month.
Qualifications:
- Quick on your feet
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Passionate about selling
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Be a team player
