Meet the Team: Jeffrey Koewler
Jeffrey is a trusted business advisor to clients throughout the United States, advising on corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, and general business counsel. He serves as outside general counsel to more than 50 companies and brings decades of experience in complex transactions and day-to-day business matters.
Jeff is also deeply engaged in the Sacramento region. Over the past 25 years, he has served on numerous community-based boards, including leadership roles with the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization and the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
