With your help, we have been able to distribute over 122,000 winter clothing items to local nonprofits over the years, and we hope to raise that number to 130,000 this year. 🤝

Nearly 200 Windermere team members from 13 offices showed up with one shared purpose: to stand alongside those whose lives have been impacted by cancer and support the incredible work of Cancer Champions.

Together, we raised more than $46,000—but this day was about so much more than a number. It was about the people we walked for, the stories we carried with us, and the families, friends and neighbors who remind us why showing up matters.

We walked. We ran. We gave. We stood together.

October 1 officially kicks off our 16th Annual Coat Drive at Windermere Signature Properties, and we’re ready to give back!

Throughout the entire month of October, we’re collecting gently used coats and winter clothing at all 13 of our locations. Donations will benefit 13+ local nonprofits, helping keep individuals and families throughout our communities warm this winter.
Clean out those closets, pack up those coats, and stop by your local Windermere office to donate.

Beginning October 1, Windermere Real Estate will be collecting new and gently used coats, jackets, scarves, gloves, hats, and other cold-weather clothing for neighbors in need.
