In addition to handling high-exposure bodily injury and wrongful death lawsuits throughout New York State, Samuel also managed litigation handled by Wilson Elser attorneys and local counsel across the country. Shusterhoff also represented small and large clients in all aspects of the Real Estate industry, including residential, commercial, building development and investing. His experience includes handling complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions and sales, office and shopping center leasing, real estate finance & commercial leasing in addition to general liability matters.
