Oscar Cajiao’ Bio

Oscar Cajiao is a full-time Realtor who has been recognized for his keen ability to engage with his clients and quickly achieves their home selling or buying needs. He is a true professional, always considerate and extremely diligent in bringing a transaction to fruition. In his first year doing Real Estate, Oscar closed over 40 transactions equivalent to +4 Million in volume. And, in his second full year Oscar double the volume closing +10 Million. According to Keller Williams Operating Principal, Al Donohue, “Oscar takes pride in giving his full, undivided attention to his clients regardless of how many deals he may be working on.” One very satisfied, recent customer posted a review that simply said, “Oscar makes you feel like you are his only client.” This may sound simple- but it is very difficult to be as busy as Oscar and still make each client feel like he or she is the only one that matters. Oscar’s educational background includes studies in Finance and Economics from one of the top three Universities in Colombia, Universidad del Rosario (2009-2012). He also completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University (2014-2017). Additionally, Oscar is a member of many prestigious Real Estate organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of His panic Real Estate Professionals. He is a member of both the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. In Oscar’s leisure time, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his wonderful wife Vivian and “Jackpot”, their Boston Terrier. They love taking Jackpot to the dog beach in Manasquan and to the dog park in Lyndhurst.
