RED-DAY SUCCESS!! In case you don’t know, Red-Day is a day when all KW offices (in all of the US, Canada & abroad) give back to our communities. My amazing office helped a wonderful organization today… , a haven for women and children in need. Through the generosity of the patrons at the Lyndhurst Stop&Shop we collected 2 full (and I do mean FULL) SUV’s! My heart (and so many carts) runneth over!

Yes, we remain in a seller's real estate market.
Yes, most homes being sold receive multiple offers (a.k.a. "bidding wars").
Yes, most homes are selling above asking price (54% of offers are coming in higher than list price).
No, this doesn't mean you should over price your home.

It may be tempting, but pricing your home too high may deter buyers, causing it to not sell as quickly which will raise the question "Why hasn't this home sold? What's wrong with it?"

The best approach is to price your home at fair market value, based on it's current condition and other similarly sold homes.

There’s no denying we’re in a sellers’ market.
