Growing up, I was embarrassed by my mom. She talked to EVERYONE. Strangers in line, grocery store cashiers, random people in the cereal aisle. Nobody was safe from a conversation. 😂

But years later, I realized something: She was teaching me one of life's most valuable skills. The ability to connect with people has opened doors, created opportunities, and built relationships that have lasted a lifetime.

What made me cringe as a kid became my greatest professional superpower.
