One of the biggest myths I hear is:

"My credit score isn't high enough to buy a home."

The truth is, you may qualify sooner than you think.

While every loan program is different, many buyers are surprised to learn that they don't need a perfect 800 credit score to become homeowners.

In fact, some loan programs may allow buyers to qualify with scores much lower than they expected.

Your credit score can affect:
✅ Loan approval
✅ Interest rate
✅ Down payment requirements
✅ Monthly payment

But your credit score is only one piece of the puzzle.

Lenders also consider:

✔️ Employment history
✔️ Debt-to-income ratio
✔️ Assets and savings
