The scoop: Gutters and eaves should be cleared regularly. The acidity in the leaves break down the integrity of the shingle. The weight of wet leaves and dirt in gutters causes the gutters to pull from the fascia. The water needs to be able to channel through the eaves into the gutters out away from the home.

This cute ranch is closing today!

If you ask me, I couldn’t be more relieved to have had this property go on the market during Coronavirus. This first time investor trusted me when I told him this off market property was a good floor plan that required only cosmetic upgrades. He trusted me to turn a profit on it in four months and to make sure that we made money on the buy. He trusted me to give him design ideas and provide guidance on how to update this home.

He’s gained confidence and so have I.
