Liz has worked with the firm for nearly 7 years as a Legal Assistant. She has a Bachelor’s in Sociology. She assists the attorneys and paralegals with their case files, including setting up claims with insurance companies. You’ll most likely see her smiling face when she greets clients coming into the office.

Antonio Molina is a Navy Veteran and Attorney – Of Counsel with D’Aurio Law. Antonio has been working in the healthcare field for over a decade and has extensive knowledge in the treatment and care that patients require after an accident, as well as the legal process. He received his Law degree from GSU College of Law and his undergrad from Emory University. In the past, Antonio clerked for Dekalb State Court Judge Dax Lopez, which gave him an important perspective in the process of defending his clients’ rights. Antonio dedicates himself to living a life of service and working to improve the life of those in the community, and as a result, has served in various capacities for numerous non-profit organizations, Gwinnett County Agencies, and served as the Chief of Staff for State Representative Pedro Marin.
Antonio is the current Chair-Elect for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a board member for the Georgia Independent College Association and the Latino Community Fund. For his efforts, he has received various recognitions including Georgia Trend Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2015, Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 under 40 in 2018, and Georgia State University’s 40 under 40 in 2020. Most Recently, Antonio was recognized by Congressman Hank Johnson with the Unsung Community Hero Award. Furthermore, Antonio is also the founder of the prestigious 50 Most Influential Latinos of Georgia Awards

Patricia has been a Paralegal at D’Aurio Law since 2009. She has over 16 years of experience in the legal field, focusing primarily on Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Law. Patricia is responsible for preparing the necessary elements of legal cases, handling a variety of tasks to ensure they are processed correctly and on a timely basis.

Patricia is bilingual in English and Spanish and will provide translation services as needed.

Yahaira is bilingual in English and Spanish and joined the firm in December 2008. She has been in the legal field for over 14 years. Yahaira graduated from American Intercontinental University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She also holds an Honors Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies.

Yahaira manages cases from start to finish, including negotiating property damage issues, monitoring clients’ treatment, and preparing demand packages for settlement.

Yahaira was born in the Bronx, New York but raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is of Puerto Rican and Venezuelan descent.

Erin is an associate attorney at D’Aurio Law with experience handling cases both in and out of court. At D’Aurio Law, she uses her legal experience and negotiation skills to obtain the best outcome for every client. Erin received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cm laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2010. While at GSU, Erin was a member of the Law Review. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cm laude, from Agnes Scott College in 2006.

Prior to joining D’Aurio Law, Erin worked at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals as a staff attorney. She also worked at a private firm as a litigation associate, handling employment, contract, and property related cases.
