‼️Wills Go Through Probate Court - Trusts Don't‼️

If you've ever seen the reading of a Will on a TV show, it looks very simple. Everyone goes to a lawyer's office, the lawyer reads the Will, and people leave with money. WRONG.

Wills go through probate court, which takes a long time and can be very expensive.

Living Trusts, however, don't go through probate court. With a Trust, everything remains private, and it can look more like the TV Will situation. Trusts aren't just for wealthy people - they're for anyone who wants to simplify things for their family, and save time & money in the long run.
