KW Roseville/Sac agents - please note the WDFA - Wildfire Disaster Advisory will now be required for properties that are noted as "A high fire hazard zone" in the NHD Report.

Here is the message from Keller Williams Roseville

"...It will be required if the NHD indicates YES for ‘A very high fire hazard severity zone’ or ‘A wildland area that may contain substantial forest fire risks and hazards’.
..Please note that 4.G, and 4.H or 4.I of the WDFA must be completed and a second BIA signed and uploaded with the advisory..."
