It's getting 🔥🔥🔥in the real estate market again as we swing into the spring season. Check out the stats below to see - close to 40% 💒💒💒sales sold ABOVE Original list price in February. The orange line is 2021 (which was a😂😳🙀CRAZY year post pandemic), the red line is normal and the GREEN LINE is last month with almost 40% of properties going over asking price!!! How has the real estate market performed in Sacramento County??? The median 🏡price has increased from just under 5K in Jan 2023 to $515000 in Jan 2024, which means the median home has appreciated 3.21 %. Although 🏡🏡 sales were significantly down last year (40% fewer homes were sold last year than average), we are glad to see 6.1/5 MORE HOME SALES than this time last year, which is an excellent sign. 😀. Homes are selling faster: 39 days on the market on average, down from 51 days last year. The BIG news is still a lack of inventory as many potential sellers sit on low-interest-rate mortgages. Early Birthday present from Todd; a trip to LA to see Steely Dan and The Eagles on their Goodbye tour at Kia Forum in LA. We had fantastic seats- 16th row. I feel very blessed to see these guys on their last tour; they are my favorite band. I’ve seen them four times now, 2 with Glenn Frey. The Eagles are part of the story of my life, running threads of their music within the tapestry. They are getting old- (just like me), but they are still at the top of their game-
