As attorneys and staff at Penney & Associates, we work hard every day to obtain the best possible results for our clients. While we are always grateful when clients express their appreciation for our dedication and hard work, every now and then, a client goes truly above and beyond.

After receiving a substantial settlement, our wonderful client, Cheryl M., decided to show her appreciation in the most delicious way possible—by feeding the entire law firm!

On Friday morning, August 7, 2026, Cheryl treated our entire team to an incredible breakfast complete with pastries, breakfast sandwiches, drinks, desserts, and plenty of smiles. Needless to say, the entire firm was very well-fed and absolutely delighted by her thoughtful gesture.

What better way to say “thank you” than through our stomachs? 😊

Throw back when Frederick W. Penney was much younger! Time goes by fast now going 35 years in practice. Its been a great ride, with great clients, staff and attorney's. It all started in Roseville, CA and now expanded throughout California.
