If you've made the decision that you're ready to purchase a home, congratulations! That's a big milestone.

Starting the home buying process is exciting, but the next step isn't to go house hunting just yet. The next step is to get PRE-APPROVED! This step is critical, especially in the competitive market that we're in right now. 🥊

To get pre-approved, you must meet with a lender. A lender will look at factors such as your credit score, debt-to-income ratio, income and employment history to determine how much you may qualify for. This will give you an idea of your price range and will help you keep your home search within your budget! 💰

When you do find a home you love, having your pre-approval letter in hand can show sellers that you’re a serious buyer whose credit and finances are in order. ✅
