Good morning everyone. It has been far long since I have posted to this page. I plan to change that in the coming weeks.

Locally, I have received many questions about my office. So, I wanted to announce our firm has moved!

We are now on the third floor of the Truist Bank building on 2nd Ave! Our new address is 100 E. 2nd Ave, Ste 301, Rome Ga 30161. I look forward to serving your legal needs.

Meet Mr. Jeremy Salter NWGA Charter Academy Governing Board member.

A distinguished attorney and the Owner/Executive Partner of Salter Law Group, LLC in Rome, GA, Mr. Salter brings extensive legal expertise and a deep commitment to community service.

Since founding his practice in 2013, Mr. Salter has successfully represented clients in criminal, domestic, civil, and bankruptcy law across Georgia’s state and federal courts. His expertise includes managing high-profile cases and drafting complex legal documents. Prior to establishing his firm, he gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Hanna and Associates, LLC, and McCalla Raymer, LLC, where he represented major creditors and mortgage servicing companies.

Mr. Salter holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama and a J.D., cm laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he served as a Writing and Research Editor for the Law Review. In addition to his legal career, he serves on the boards of several local organizations and is an active volunteer in legal aid services and his church.

Wow! A huge thing and everyone with iPhones should take note and appoint a legacy. We have been putting a clause in all of our client’s wills that the executor has access and the ability to access the Apple database to download pics etc. It has worked and we implemented it when learning Apple would not release any data to a spouse or executor. It was so important to add this clause to our wills so executors, spouses, children or grandchildren could have access to these memories. Please do this for your families’ sake and contact us at Salter Law if you need any advice or help.
