With 40+ years of experience serving the community, we’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with an established and trusted local company.
💰 Starting Pay: $38,000/year

📋 What You'll Do:
🏠 Show available rental properties
🔍 Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections
📞 Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors, and applicants
📝 Assist with applications, leases, notices, and other documentation
🔧 Coordinate maintenance requests and vendors
💻 Maintain accurate information in our property management software
🤝 Provide professional customer service
📂 Assist with general office and property management tasks
⭐ What We're Looking For:
✔️ Dependable and professional
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Basic computer skills
✔️ Valid driver's license
✔️ Reliable transportation
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
Property management or real estate NOT required — we’re willing to train the right person!
