I got an email today saying research has been done about people looking for an attorney to hire. I was SHOCKED (ok, I jest) at the findings:

"Almost 1 in 3 leads will hang up if connected to an automated or AI system

84% of prospective clients prefer speaking to a real person when contacting a law firm, even as AI use increases."

In fairness to firms using AI, I'm not always able to call people back quickly, but you won't ever talk to AI at my office. If no one is available to grab the initial call, please leave a quick voicemail, and either a staff member or I will call you back. It might take us a bit given how much is going on here, but you'll always talk to a real person.
