What an extra special day for this sweet family as they officially become first-time homeowners! ❤️

With a little guidance, patience, and an amazing trusted lender like Brenn Bartz by our side, we were able to make their dream of homeownership a reality — landing them in a beautiful turn-key home in a private lake community while utilizing the MHDC grant to help bring the funds needed to close to almost $0 out of pocket! 🙌🏼✨

And this one means a little extra to me personally. I had the absolute honor of helping her parents purchase a home two years ago, and getting the opportunity to now help the next generation of their family become homeowners is something I don’t take for granted.

It was such an honor to help guide you through this exciting milestone—and especially through the process of using your VA benefits to purchase your home 🇺🇸❤️

And one of my favorite parts of this closing?
