☕️ Calling all Southern Oregon coffee lovers!
From Grants Pass to Ashland and all the little spots in between, there are SO many great places to grab a cup of coffee. ❤️

I put together some of the local coffee shops you should know about — because let’s be honest, house hunting is better with coffee! 😂☕️

Now I want to know… what’s YOUR go-to coffee order? 👇 And which Southern Oregon coffee shop is your FAVORITE?

Who doesn’t love a good Saturday Farmers Market? This weekend, we spent our Saturday morning on Jackson Street in Roseburg, Oregon!

Vendors of all kinds line both sides of the street, and the fall colors are a total vibe! From food, hand crafted goods to skincare, there’s something for everyone.

What is your favorite farmer’s market find?

When I think back to purchasing my first home, I did a lot of things to cut my spending and save as much as possible.

These are the top 5 things I think are delaying buyers from purchasing their first home. For me, I look at the whole picture. That stop at the coffee shop, that quick snack from the drive through and the other side of it; not being ready on paper can add up to a mess!

If you could go back, what is one thing you’d do differently before purchasing your first home?

It’s in the details! These are just the top 6 things I love about this NE Medford home in the Springbrook neighborhood.
But that’s not all…. This home is 1 mile from the nearest Walmart, 3.5 miles from the Rogue Valley International Airport and a 45 minute drive to the Mt Ashland Ski Area!

The Rogue Valley offers so much in all 4 seasons and you could be living it! Reach out to schedule a private tour.
