Mr. Hester was advised by several clients this week of the latest court scam going around in North Carolina. This scam looks extremely realistic but there are a couple things that can help you determine that it is a scam. For one, the NC seal is inaccurate. There is not a judge by the name of the”Michael Rodriguez” or a clerk by the name of “Paul Lopez.” Again, North Carolina DMV will notify you if your license is going to be suspended for a failure to appear through the mail. If you want to check if you have any pending tickets, please refer back to Mr. Hester’s previous video where he showed you how to utilize the ecourt system.
